My one gripe, which is a big one - If you need to make an appointment for cleaning, be prepared to wait for AT LEAST a month. I think it's crazy that they have so many patients that I can't get a simple cleaning for 2 months. I don't have the same problem with seeing the dentists. They are more readily available to see patients.

Always friendly, nice & welcoming, plus my kids enjoy coming to the office to see what is new or play the video games. Now in Phase 2, we were impressed with the thoroughness of his how-to guide for the proper care for your braces.
